I know someone who has this backpack and inside the backpack it's white but I guess they changed it to black and now I can barely see the inside and I had flash on auto and so the picture used flash because of how dark the inside was. The picture in the product showed BLACK zippers like the big student backpack but the zippers I got were a blue and white The leather on the bottom feels nice though and everything else is great but the inside of the backpack is very dark and hard to see

It is shown as silvery, reflective backpack but really it's just gray and bits of purple and a little bit of teal. Does not look as pretty as you'd expect it to be based on pictures online.

Cutest backpack ever!! I was a little scared because people said it broke really easy but I’m not sure how because it seems pretty good quality? Maybe just take good care of it and you should be fine. It’s the same material as my other jansport backpack I’ve had for 3 years and it never broke soooo….. definitely recommend!! :))

My daughter BEGGED me to buy this $60 backpack so I did. So imagine my surprise within a month of her starting school the interor lining started ripping and coming apart at the seams. Then the exterior seams started coming apart. We've sewn this backpack back together SO. MANY. TIMES. Meanwhile the $30 backpack I bought her little sister held together great this year. Seriously I'm never buying another Jansport. Ridiculous.
